LVD ORION 3015

The LVD Orion 3015 is a hybrid-style Laser system capable of processing sheet sizes up to 1500 x 3000 mm. Orion’s highly rigid, high-precision rack-and-pinion drive system delivers precise motion and position control. This rigid design permits the machine to maintain high processing speeds without any loss of cut quality. A servo-controlled 290 mm Z-axis allows processing of pre-formed parts. A simple beam delivery system ensures easy alignment and a stable beam path. Automatic cutting gas selection, automatic plate clamping, and automatic cutting gas pressure control with servo valve are other standard features that further simplify machine set-up and operation.

• Accuracy within 0.1mm
• File transfer DXF, DWG and those compatible with CAD/CAM programs.
• Sheet Size up to 3000mm x 1500mm, this machine can be transformed to cut up to 3.6mtr sheet lengths.
• Range of materials to be processed include:

• Mild Steel upto 20mm
• Stainless Steel upto 10mm
• Aluminum upto 6mm

BLS 4000R

The original BLS 3000R has now been retro-fitted with a 4000kw Panasonic power source. It is equipped with hydraulic change table for faster more efficient change over and load.

• Accuracy within 0.1mm
• File transfer DXF, DWG and those compatible with CAD/CAM programs.
• Sheet Size up to 3000mm x 1500mm
• Cutting of different profiles including structural steel, RHS, tube, pipe, angle, flat bar & pre-formed parts with some exceptions.
• Range of materials to be processed include:
  • Mild Steel upto 25mm
  • Stainless Steel upto 12mm
  • Aluminum upto 6mm
  • Most Plastics
  • Timber & Plywood products
